  1. Face 1: I'd soften the hair edges on the face. I'd neutralize the background values a bit. Good job on the eyes.

    Face 2: Bleed the texture down into the neck and chest. Darken the left eye so the contrast level is decreased. Good job on the texture.

  2. For the first face, you might want to try to make the transition from the skin to the mouth a little smoother. The placement of the hair is very convincing!

    The second face's texture is very cool, but would definitely feel more cohesive if it continued down.

  3. The first ones hair placement as Chelsea said is great, though the edges seem a little hard... maybe try softening them up a bit.

    And for the second one, It might just be me being crazy but one eye seems a bit bigger.
