Face 1: The skin looks interesting. You did a good job with merging the new eyes into the skull. The values on the hair need adjustment to match the value levels on the face.
Face 2: The integration of the hair with the face needs some tweaking, but the eyes look well integrated. The entire head needs to be pulled down, you have too much empty space on the bottom. Either reorientate the face or recrop.
The eyes on the first one are really well done. You might want to adjust the value of the neck and shoulders so they don't recede so far into the background.
Great job getting the eyes on the second one to reflect the lighting! The hair seems a little bit too small for the head, so it might help to resize it.
Face 1: I'm really feeling the hair color and the style goes well with the shape of the face. The texture on her face probably could follow the forms of her face a little more.
Face 2: Reminds me of one of the extras from the tv show "V". It's the eyes..great job. I would suggest just a little blending of the lips in the southwestern area.
